Hey there, I’m Sean Feiler, the owner of Unified Systems, bringing over 30 years of IT expertise to my community in West Plains, Missouri. I’m a proud U.S. Navy veteran and Gainesville, MO, alumnus, and I founded Unified Systems to help local businesses navigate the ever-changing world of technology with confidence. Beyond my professional achievements, and perhaps more importantly, I am a devoted grandfather who cherishes time spent with my grandchildren. I’m an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan, and when I’m not working, you’ll find me playing music with friends, cooking up delicious meals, or singing my favorite tunes. My passion for family, community, and the simple joys in life shines through in everything I do!

Having grown up in Van Buren, Missouri, my roots in community and service began. After earning dual degrees in psychology and criminal justice, I dedicated my career to public service with the Social Security Administration, working there until her retirement. Today, I am back in the office from time to time with my family and employees as co-owner, assisting the executive team with strategic direction and championing customer advocacy. Based on my history, I offer a unique perspective and commitment to helping others continue to shape the company’s relationship-driven approach.

Born and raised in West Plains, MO, I’ve always had a heart for people and community. After graduating from West Plains High School, I moved to Springfield and began my career as a dental assistant. It was there—working in community health—that I discovered my passion for administration and customer service. That passion eventually led me into the world of technology, where I worked for an internet service provider and grew more familiar with IT operations.

My family and I recently moved back to West Plains, and I couldn’t be more excited to be home—close to family, surrounded by rivers, and part of a community that’s growing in incredible ways. I now serve on the West Plains Chamber of Commerce Board and the Downtown Revitalization Board, where I love being part of the momentum shaping our hometown’s future.

As a wife and mom of two—Ashton, an Army Infantry soldier, and Kaylynn, a spirited six-year-old—I value connection, service, and integrity. Those same values are at the heart of everything we do here at Unified Systems. I’m proud to be part of a team that puts people first and is committed to building lasting relationships with our customers and our community.

LEAD SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Hi, I’m Mitchell! I served in the United States Airforce for five years before transitioning to the tech industry. My interest in technology began during my military service, when I built my own gaming computer, which sparked a passion for understanding how computer systems and components work together.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, continuing to expand my expertise in the field. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs, as well as playing the occasional video game.

With a foundation in both military service and hands-on technical experience, I like to think I bring a unique perspective and dedication to my role at Unified Systems.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

I started my tech journey in January of 2025 and developed an interest in technology through studying networking and cybersecurity. As my knowledge of technology grew, I began to simulate networks, take apart computers, and start working on any tech I could get my hands on, including 3d printing and custom PC building. I am a musician and an artist and enjoy playing music as well as creating works of art in pencil, ink, and paint. I have a focus on faith and family and building genuine relationships with people and treating them with kindness, and I enjoy helping break down technological issues and providing solutions for those who really need it. My goal is to provide people with the IT help they need while also fostering a confidence in their business and a trust in my abilities to provide solutions for them, all while providing the comfort of a friend.

Look, I don’t know a thing about IT. I just know that I’m never resting here.

I didn’t ask to become the backbone of this office—but here we are. Me being the hardest-working member of the Unified Systems team. Day in, day out, I’m the one keeping them all upright, alert, and mildly pleasant to be around. You’re welcome.

Do I get tired of being everyone’s emotional support beverage? Of course. But deep down, I have to admit that I love these overcaffeinated weirdos. So despite being worked TO THE BONE… I keep the shots flowing and the vibes strong.
