Hi, I’m Sean Feiler, owner of Unified Systems and a proud son of the Ozarks. I grew up in Gainesville, Missouri, served in the U.S. Navy, and have spent more than 30 years helping businesses make sense of technology without wanting to throw their computers out the window.

I founded Unified Systems because I love solving problems and helping local businesses succeed in an ever-changing tech world. Whether it's cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, or figuring out why a printer suddenly decided to become self-aware, we've probably seen it before.

When I’m not working, my world revolves around family. I’m incredibly proud of my children and absolutely love spending time with them. And then there are the grandchildren... let's just say being a grandpa is one of life's greatest rewards. I love my kids dearly, but the grandkids do have a way of sneaking into that number one spot every now and then.

I’m also the bass player and one of the singers for The Downtown House Band, proving that it’s never too late to chase your rock star dreams. Between gigs, cheering (and occasionally suffering) as a devoted Toronto Maple Leafs fan, cooking great food, and making music with friends, I try to enjoy life as much as I enjoy helping customers.

At the end of the day, I’m passionate about family, community, technology, and having a little fun along the way. If you need IT help, a bass player, or someone to discuss the Leafs’ latest heartbreak, I’m your guy.

Having grown up in Van Buren, Missouri, my roots in community and service began. After earning dual degrees in psychology and criminal justice, I dedicated my career to public service with the Social Security Administration, working there until her retirement. Today, I am back in the office from time to time with my family and employees as co-owner, assisting the executive team with strategic direction and championing customer advocacy. Based on my history, I offer a unique perspective and commitment to helping others continue to shape the company’s relationship-driven approach.

Born and raised in West Plains, Missouri, I’ve always had a heart for people and community. My career began in community healthcare, where I discovered my passion for administration, customer service, and helping others. That experience eventually led me into the world of technology and to where I am today with Unified Systems.

After returning home to West Plains with my family, I’ve loved becoming more involved in the community that raised me. I currently serve on the West Plains Chamber of Commerce Board and with Downtown Revitalization, where I’m proud to be part of the growth and momentum happening in our hometown.

As a wife and mom of two, I value connection, service, and integrity. Those same values guide my work at Unified Systems, where I’m proud to help lead a team that puts people first, builds lasting relationships, and genuinely cares about the businesses and communities we serve.

LEAD SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Hi, I’m Mitchell! I’m the Operations Manager at Unified Systems. I served in the United States Air Force for five years before transitioning to the tech industry. My interest in technology began during my military service, when I built my own gaming computer, which sparked a passion for understanding how computer systems and components work together.

I’ve completed my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, where I expanded my knowledge and expertise across a broad range of IT disciplines. I continue to build on that foundation through hands-on experience and staying current with evolving technology.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs, as well as playing the occasional video game.

With a foundation in both military service and hands-on technical experience, I like to think I bring a unique perspective and dedication to my role at Unified Systems.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

I began my career in technology in 2025 with a strong interest in cybersecurity and networking. Since then, I've had an array of hands-on opportunities and developed experience supporting businesses, solving technical problems, and working across a wide range of IT systems. Outside of IT, I am a musician and artist, and faith and family are central to who I am. I value genuine relationships, continuous growth, working together to find solutions, and recreating the standard of what IT is and looks like for businesses.

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Twenty-five years ago, I moved to West Plains to earn my degree at SMSU (now MSU). After completing my Bachelor’s in General Business, I made the community my home for more than two decades. In 2024, I relocated to Bull Shoals Lake to be closer to family, but West Plains will always hold a special place in my story.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—logistics manager, executive assistant, and small-business owner for over 15 years. My time as Executive Assistant at the Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce gave me the chance to work closely with many of the community’s most dedicated local businesses, and it was through those connections that I found my part-time role at Unified Systems. Supporting local businesses continues to be a passion I’m proud to carry forward in my work today.

Hi, I’m Joshua! My interest in technology started in high school, where I became fascinated by the ability to bring ideas to life through programming. That interest eventually led me to pursue a career in IT, beginning as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the Army National Guard and later gaining experience as a Systems Administrator in the Air National Guard. Before entering the IT field, I spent several years working in hospitality at restaurants and luxury resorts, where I developed a strong appreciation for meeting new people and providing great service.

Today, I enjoy working with servers, virtualization, networking, security, incident response, and contributing to cybersecurity documentation and continuity planning. I hold CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications and am always looking for opportunities to expand my technical knowledge. What I enjoy most about IT, though, is being able to meet new people, understand the problems they’re facing, and find solutions that make their lives better.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, movies and TV shows, and taking my kids to the park. I consider myself dependable, personable, and detail-oriented, and I’m always looking for ways to improve. My current goal is to continue growing as a systems administrator while building the skills and experience to eventually pursue penetration testing.

SENIOR CAFFEINATION SPECIALIST

Look, I don’t know a thing about IT. I just know that I’m never resting here.

I didn’t ask to become the backbone of this office—but here we are. Me being the hardest-working member of the Unified Systems team. Day in, day out, I’m the one keeping them all upright, alert, and mildly pleasant to be around. You’re welcome.

Do I get tired of being everyone’s emotional support beverage? Of course. But deep down, I have to admit that I love these overcaffeinated weirdos. So despite being worked TO THE BONE… I keep the shots flowing and the vibes strong.
